Building More Than Accommodation: Creating Homes That Change Lives

We're proud to be working on an important project for Alabaré, a charity dedicated to supporting homeless and vulnerable veterans by providing safe accommodation and helping people rebuild their lives.

The first phase of the project has already seen a disused garage transformed into two purpose-built studio apartments. One has been specially adapted for veterans with mobility issues, while the other has been designed to provide fully accessible accommodation for wheelchair users, ensuring the spaces meet the needs of those who will call them home.

THE NEXT PHASE OF THE DEVELOPMENT

With the next stage of works now about to begin, the project will move forward with the demolition of an existing single-storey extension and the construction of four new en-suite bedrooms, creating even more high-quality accommodation for those who need it most.

Projects like this demonstrate the real value of specialist House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) construction. Delivering successful HMO schemes isn't simply about creating additional rooms; it's about designing practical, safe and compliant living environments that offer residents dignity, independence and a place to move forward.
